The cross I received had the pearl where the bale is set slightly off centre so the cross hangs a bit crooked on the neck. This may just be a one off with my order. I won't be returning it as the cost isn't worth it. However, you do get a lot of pearl for your money as the cross is quite big. A pity as everything else in my order was excellent and the shipping time was fantastic.

Sorry to hear the problem. You can adjust the bail a little by turning it to set it in centre.
