I received this necklace, in the mail and the clasp was broken and have had to take it to a jeweller to have it repaired. I was told by your company that it was 16" long and at the jeweller he measured it and was on 12" long including clasp. So I have had to have a chain put on to extend the length.
This is the 2nd item i have bought off of your company and it has been a disappointing purchase.
I am a local retailer and I do not put a huge mark up on my products, this item has now cost me another $20 to have this problem rectified. I will not be purchasing from you again.

Sorry to hear the necklace was broken when you received it. Looks like the necklace was damaged during shipping.
It is impossible the 16" necklace is measured to 12" long including clasp. We have two colleague measured it before shipping. Are some pearls lost because the necklace is broken?
You don't need to send it to jeweller for repairing. Just contact us, ship it back, and we can fix it for you for free.
